All other lights are on but can not get the wlan light to go on
There is a possibility that the wireless broadcast feature of the router is turned off, you can enable this through the setup page of the router on the wireless tab.
if it is enabled on the wireless tab, then you may want to reset the router by pressing the reset button on the router for 20 seconds.now if this still did not work, try to contact Linksys tech support to get a firmware upgrade or discuss the warranty status of the device.
hope this helps
thanks for the reply pattina, if this is the case ten you may want to contact Linksys tech support at 1-800-326-7114 (toll free) to check on the device 's fimrware.
you may also call a specialty Tech support called supportrix, this is a paid tech support, but you can get free support by telling them the promo code it is "supportcall" this promotion will last anly until the end of august.
if you have other questions just let me know, i will try to answer you as much as i can

SOURCE: WLAN light on WRT45G
Hi ,
it will continuously blink . this shows the siganl is transmitting from the access point. and this frequency of this light blinking will increase when some client computers are connected to your access point or router
SOURCE: I connected the cables to my Linksys WRT54G Router and to my DSL
type ip adress in the browser it may ask for a user name and password after enering that you should be able to get online.
SOURCE: my laptop can't connect with my wlan edimax router
Reset everything including the Hard reset (a small probably hidden button you must press for 15 seconds) you will find somewhere on the wireless router. I trust your laptop is capable of connecting wirelessly???and you have done this before???

Also check if the power light on your router is blinking. If it is blinking, that's an indication of hardware failure. To revive it, do a hard reset. Press and hold the power button of the router for 30 seconds then unplug the power. Wait for 30 seconds again before you plug it back in.

Sounds like it may be a hardware fault. Have you tried resetting the router? I don't have the exact model but there's almost always a recessed button on the back which can be pressed with a paperclip or something similar. Holding this for a few seconds will reset the router settings to their factory defaults.
The default Zyxel password is usually 1234 or admin.
