Sony K610i Will not sync with my computer

Please ensure that all drivers are installed. Check in device manager.
Right click on my computer and select properties. Then select the hardware tab and device manager in that section. If any drivers are not installed properly they will appear with a yellow exclamation mark. Reinstall these.

If all drivers are installed correctly check the contacts on the phone as sometimes the tend to get dirty and block the signal. also check if cable is faulty.

My computer does not recognise the device. What do

Did your camera come with an installation disk?
If so then install that or if windows ask you to install drivers do that.
If all else fails go to the manufactures site and look for any drivers or solutions there.

My friend just got a computer and he coud'nt download his games onto it and he could'nt get sound, so he installed a sound card which he says the computer recognised, but when he plugged in his speakers and...

PC does not recognise the card, You have to install the driver of the sound card. Right click on my computer and click Property and then click on Hardware and Device manager. If there is a question mark on the sound device than you have to install the sound card driver. A CD that comes with the sound card. Doubel click on the question mark and just read instruction and do installation. Is that answers your Question? Cheers
