just turn on the phone without sim card, then type the folowing #*7337# = EEPROM Reset (Unlock and Resets Wap Settings) this will unlock your phone. then u type *#7465625# to check and see then it should display network lock off...then turn off your phone and insert sim card it should work.

[1] Press the "1" key to disable auto focus. In order to enable auto focus, press the "1" key again.
