have a qualified auto electrician move the power for the lights to the ignition switch so that when you turn off the ignition the lights go off. or have a qualified put an extremely loud beeper in the light circuit so that it sounds when you turn off the ignition. Actually there is a beeper that sounds when you leave the lights on after you turn off the ignition.

Try resetting the computer. Take the negative battery cable off, wait 5-10 minutes then put it back on.

replace the beeper that makes the sound when you are in reverse.the light will also go out after you replace thet beeper.

Blinker on is easy just change the turn signal flasher with on that makes noise. Take it with you to the auto prts store and they'll fix you right up. Evwen play( love you tender) if you like. they can be gotten as loud as a backup alarm for a dozer. Except you might not want one that loud. key on is another matter as you need a relay that cars have that bikes don't as you don't have a door that you have to open too get off you'll just have to look at your bike after you get off and notice the light's are on and turn the key off. I remove the key on my bike as in Kentucky if you leave your key in a motorvehical your on the way to jail, and I don't like going to jail for that.

Are the pulsing during driving or just at stops and idle? The pulse 99% of the time indicates a loose generator belt or bad alternator. YOu can have the alternator checked at a local parts store such as AUtozone, Advance, Napa, or Oreilly's free of charge. Depending on the age of your belt it may be time to change it as well. P.S. you notice your headlights because thats where your eyes are focused.. but turn your instrument light control knob all the way to brightest and willing to bet they are pulsing slightly too..

I suppose you mean beeper does not go "on" when head lights are "on" and you open drivers door.In this case beeper's door switch may be dirty. Check also for any loose wire connection or faulty beeper relay.

If the output voltage drives the voltmeter to the end of the scale, it likely has one or more shorted power transistors.
