I have tried a Sandisk 32gb Cruzer Blade all seems well when recording, how ever when I replay it is good for approx 12 mins then the onscreen display tells me "unsupport file format" Help please.

What is the format the video is recorded!! try viewing your video with VLC player its a really good player and it reads all formats.. avi,mpeg,flv,mp4 etc..

My tv does not support san disk 16gb cruzar blade

The device may be of "too low of quality"-- meaning..the device may be too "SLOW" to record the stuff you want to record...

Lower (cheaper) storage, is often not as "FAST" to record, as higher quality device... sadly.. the simple solution..return the device, and try another.

Nothing wrong with your TV....
