My Dewalt radio won't work. Replaced all fuses and fresh batteries for clock, etc. When plugged in or running off of the Dewalt battery i hear a light pop sound when I turn it on like it is going to work....but no sound from speakers or display info on the glass.
Any ideas?

What make and model radio? Without knowing that, I'm inclined to believe that the CR2032 is there only to preserve the clock settings in case of a power outage (assuming the radio also has a clock). A CR2032 doesn't have enough power to run a radio for very long.
Modern automotive electronics are keyed to the VIN through the ECU to prevent theft, you must have the radio ID #, and key it into the radio with the number pads on the radio, only the dealership can retrieve the correct code for your vehicle. Probably not what you wanted to hear.
Check battery clips for corrosion, if okay! try a fresh battery first, if no change the unit must be dismantled to inspect the 9volt red and black wires inside to make sure it has not broken free.
check fuel pump fuse and relay also the fuel injection fuse and ecu fuse, if they are ok remove the back seat and you will see a cover remove the cover and check for voltage at the pump plug and ground, you hear the pump work if not need new pump
