How do I get a manual for my Mr Coffee BVMCPSTX91-WN? the clean light is on and I don't how how to clean it or how to get the light off

The Mr Coffee web site has the manual on the product page: http://www.mrcoffee.com/coffee-makers/mr.-coffee-optimal-brew-10-cup-thermal-coffeemaker-black/BVMC-PSTX91.html . Click on the Service and Support tab. The direct link to the manual is http://demandware.edgesuite.net/aamb_prd/on/demandware.static/Sites-mr-coffee-Site/Sites-mr-coffee-Library/default/v1426159971356/documents/instruction-manuals/BVMC-PSTX91_43_72624326.PDF . (You'll need Adobe Reader or a similar program to print the manual.)

The Clean light will come on when the Clean button is held. It won't go off until the cleaning cycle is complete; it's completely automated. You need 4 cups (20 oz.) of white vinegar or the Mr. Coffee Cleaner (diluted as directed on the package). Make sure to remove the water filter disk from the unit before cleaning. Pour the vinegar or cleaning solution into the reservoir into the reservoir. Put in a paper coffee filter or the permanent filter into the brew basket and slide it into place. Put the empty decanter in place. Now you should press the Clean button until the Clean light comes on. The unit should slow brew 3 cups of the cleaning solution and then pause for about 30 minutes while the Clean light remains on. It should then brew the remaining solution. After the cycle finishes, the Clean light should go off. Afterwards, you need to empty the decanter and rinse it with clean water. Fill the reservoir with fresh, clean water. Then replace the decanter. The cycle could take an hour.

I hope this helps.

(some brewing systems light the Clean lamp when it's time to clean the unit after lime deposits build up. To my knowledge, most of the Mr. Coffee brewers do not.)

Cannot get the brewer component out of the machine to clean out the dreg tray in the Coffee machine - instruction manual is very unclear and poorly translated.

The brew group could be out of alignment. Perhaps try turning the machine on, then close the service door. The brew group should realign automatically, allowing you to then remove the dreg drawer (tray).
Try removing the brew group after the drawer is out of the way.

I have a coffee maker that makes 36 cups of coffee. How many cups of ground coffee should I use to brew 36 cups?

I would ordinarily use half the amount of scoops of coffee as the amount of cups the coffee maker makes. A scoop being a Tablespoon of ground coffee. Less if you want it weak and one or two more if you want it very strong.

The red light on my coffee pot is on and will not go off. I have run cleaner thru the regular cycle now what? Its a 12 cup programmable Mr. Coffee.

I know this sounds like a pain but it takes a while toget that silly light to stop. Decalcifying your MR. COFFEE® Coffeemaker Minerals(calcium/limestone) found in water will leave deposits in your coffeemaker andaffect its performance. It's recommended that you regularly remove these depositsusing MR. COFFEE® Cleaner or vinegar. MR. COFFEE® Cleaner is available at manyretail stores or by calling the MR. COFFEE® Consumer Service Department at 1-800-MR COFFEE(1-800-672-6333). 1. Follow packageinstructions to prepare one batch of MR. COFFEE® Cleaner. Pour the mixture into the water reservoir. Before decalcifying, remove the water filtration disk from the machine. NOTE: 4 cups or 20 fl. oz. of undiluted, white householdvinegar may be used as a substitute for the cleaner. 2. Place an emptyMR. COFFEE® 10-12 cup basket-style paper filter or MR. COFFEE® permanent filter into the filter basketand slide the brew basket in place. 3. Place theempty decanter back in the unit. 4. Press theCLEAN button until the CLEAN indicator light turns on (Figure 9). For your convenience the cleaning cycle isautomatic. The entire cycle will take 45-60 minutes to complete. During thecleaning your coffeemaker will: a. Slow brewapprox. 3 cups of cleaning solution. b. Pause for 30minutes (the CLEAN light will remain on to alert you that the process is active). c. After 30minutes, your coffeemaker will brew the remainder of the cleaning solution. d. When complete, the CLEAN light will turn off and your coffeemaker will turn off. 5. Discard the cleaning solution and rinse the decanterthoroughly with clean water. 6. Fill the water reservoir with clean, fresh water. 7. Place the empty decanter back on the coffeemaker. 8. Remove and discard the paper filter usedduring the cleaning cycle. If a Mr. Coffee® permanent filter was used during cleaning, remove it andrinse it thoroughly before replacing it in the filter basket. 9. Begin brewingand allow the full brew cycle to complete. 10. Repeat steps 5 through 9 one more time.

Keurig model B40 How do I empty the resevoir , I can empty the cold watet tank. We are moving so need to completely empty all water.

Hi,

The water reservoir lifts out. There are two tabs on the side which lock it in place. You may have to pres on them to remove it. If you are wanting to completely empty the entire machine, I have found an instruction manual and have instructions for purging: Fill reservoir with clean water and replace on machine with lid on it. Raise and lower handle without K cup inserted. Wait for the red light next to "heating goes off.
The blue lights on the control center will begin flashing. Put a cup on the drip tray and press "Brew"

When finished, repeat brew procedure 2 or 3 times and inner tank should be empty.

Hope this helps, if it does, please place a vote for me.

Good luck with your move,

Problem is you can have the maker plugged in but you can't manually brew the coffee. The switch will not engage to brew the coffee. Stainless Steel, Programmable Cuisinart CUI DCC 2000 model.

I have this model.

I'm not sure if you mean if it won't brew manually or not at all.

Ours failed because the thermistor failed due to the fact that the heater element was badly calcified (calcium deposits). It would come on for a bit, then stop brewing... then it just stopped altogether. I replaced the two thermistors that are in series and it works fine.

The bad news: Cuisinart cruelly used security screws to thwart repairs. The screws are on the bottom and deeply recessed. Thus aside, this coffeemaker is a bugger to dismantle but it can be done after you remove the screws.

Being that I had nothing to lose, I drilled these out and replaced them later.

My velocity has little suction,it immediatley clogs the filter inder the dirt cup snd goes no further..we just changed both filters

Have you unclogged the from where it enters the vacuum to the end of the hose, sometimes the hose clogs are the way up into the machine which will reduce the suction to almost nothing.
