No vivitar experience manager sortware came with my vivi cam 15 can I down load my pics with out it and if not can some one please send me what i need for it ty.

First thing to try is simply plugging the device into your computer to see if it will be recognized. After plugging the device in to your computer, let it sit of a minute or two and then (on a Windows computer) go to My Computer under the start menu. If there is a camera or imaging device displayed in the My Computer window you're in luck! Double click the device and browse through any folders to find your pictures. From there you can drag and drop or copy and past the pictures wherever you like on your computer.

If it does not show up, you can browse through the vivicam support website here. Try to find your product in the drop down menus and there might be support and walkthroughs for how to set up the device.

Has it been around any magnets or speakers ?...If so the same thing happened to mine and that is what the camera tech told me.....Also double check batteries ...Or install new ones....He also said that first......................hope this helps...............................metalpoet

I would like a paper manual for my vivitar vivi , cam 5022 , I tried put the cd in the computer but nothing happened,so could you please send me a written manual.

You can download the manual from the manufacturer's web site at
http://www.vivitar.com/files_products/310/ViviCam5022.pdf

You can then print it yourself or take the file to an office-supply store and have them print and bind it for you.

I'd offer to print and send it to you, but you'd have to first pay for printing and postage, then provide a mailing address.

Help my vivitar vivi cam 5026 but looks like a

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

If that doesn't work, try another card.
