We have a photocopying machine in our office LANIER 7216. Since 3 years we have been using another brand which has more capabilities, but now it's not working and service personel took it for mending. We try to use LANIER 7216 , but no one of the office personel can't remember Log-in Password. Now we have an big trouble. I hope u can give us how to reset log-in password. Thanks.

I dont have knowledge of lanier machines.but the ultimate answer to ur question is that remove the button cell from the main board of the machine for 30 min and then power on the machine without it.refit the cell and wola the password is broken as in other machines

whats the model no of the machine? ink and toner are 2 totally diffrent things one is a powder and other is a liquid

Document Feeder seem not working on the top part of the photocopier?

Make sure that there are no paper fragments in the machine. Unplug the machine for 5 minutes to reset it, and then try again.

Lanier 6725 copier: Paper is always jamming and

I have worked for Lanier for 20 years, the 6725 was a great machine, but getting parts, spending $$$ and still having an old copier. Lanier is owned by Ricoh and all machines are Ricoh with a Lanier sticker on it. Its time.

you need to remove the drum unit out of the machine,and take cotton rag use achohol ..rotate the drum clock wise until you see the label that stuck on it..
