I am using Windows 7. My Wacom tablet intuos3 works fine. But when I open Photoshop 7 or Photoshop CS2, my pointer wont allow me to go to the taskbar. Its like its being block to move the pointer into the taskbar. Only when I am using my mouse, the pointer will then be able to go into the taskbar. Why is that so? i think its the Windows setting? i have just updated my intuos driver 6.1.6-7 but it still cant enter the taskbar.. Can anybody help?

hello, just go on the wacom site and download the newest drive for mac os x, i was having similar problems, but now everything's fixed and it's working fine!
go to the following link, http://www.wacom.com/downloads/driver-detail.php?id=215
I'm getting the same problem - for some reason it's removed all pen pressure sensitivity recognition from the tablet. I'm going to try re-installing the drivers tonight, I'll get back to you if I figure it out.
The winning answer came courtesy of Mr Benedikt Schmitt of Wacom Europe, who offered the following solution: from the Windows Device Manager, disable the “Wacom Virtual Hid Driver” device. (Go to Control Panel > System and Maintenance > Device Manager, find the driver, right-click it and choose “Disable”.) One reboot later (welcome to Windows-land, circa 2008?), everything works as desired. Pressure and tilt sensitivity inside Photoshop still work, and the pen functions just fine in the rest of the Windows desktop. The absolute mapping makes it an absolute pleasure to point quickly and precisely. It makes my laser mouse feel rather clumsy navigating a large 24′ screen!
OK, I found the problem -- if you open photoshop with the mouse (whether it be through the quicklaunch bar, start menu, or desktop icon), the pressure sensitivity doesn't work. If you open it with the stylus or function button (I have a function button mapped for photoshop now because of this, since there's no icon on my tablet's display with how I have my display set up) the pressure sensitivity works fine.
A quick KIND of fix, but until Adobe actually does something about it, this is probably the easiest way to do it.
I was having the same problems, it only occurred when i updated the tablet driver to v. 5.2.1-6. So i've downgraded to the one that came with my graphire3 (tablet driver v. 5.2.0) ...hope this helps
Running:
OS Win7
PS CS3
Wacom Driver v. 5.2.0 for Graphire3
I had the same problem with my Intuos3 on Vista. Tech support suggested the following.
Do this.....Go to Start--->control panel---->system(in classic view)---->device manager--->click on "human interface devices"--->then click on "Wacom virtual HID driver" and right click on that and disable it. Your computer will ask you to restart and you will want to do that.
I was trying also, didn't work at all, and I'm going to try to close and open Adobe Photoshop CS2. But I need it to work on a few adoptables! I need it NOW!
