Your only option is to call the Customer care of your Sim Operator (network operator) and get their help. There is nothing you can do since it's locked up in their system, not on your phone. You'll be asked few questions related to the ownership of the sim card and they will fix it for you.
To know more about PUK, please read this TIP.
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.

What is my puk code?

hi,
If you attempt to enter wrong PIN code more than 3 times, then your pin code will be blocked and you need to enter PUK code to unlock it.

You can get your PUK code by calling to your mobile operator's customer care.

In you attempt to enter wrong PUK code for many times, then your whole SIM card will be blocked and you cannot unlock it. Getting a duplicate SIM card is the only solution if your SIM card is blocked.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks

Yh need me puk number

What is a PUK code? A PUK code (Pin Unlock Key) is required when you enter an incorrect PIN 3 times. After entering the wrong PIN 3 times, the card will be locked and you will need to get a PUK code from your phone company to unlock it.
What should I do if my phone says Enter PUK Code? How can I get a PUK Code? You can receive your phone's PUK code by calling your phone company Customer Care.. Once your PUK has been received, it will need to be entered into your phone to set a new PIN code. If the wrong PUK code is entered ten times in a row, the SIM card becomes invalid and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display "PUK blocked call operator".

Need the PUK code .. wat is it??

Hi,

Call your service operator to get a PUK Code....

Warning :- Do not punch any code till the time you are sure. Entering wrong PUK code more than 3 times would result in Sim being Blocked and if that happens, you need to purchase a new Sim.

Thanks.

I've tired to set the PIN code for my Nokia 6085 phone but I cannot. I've entered the PUK code but now it says, "Enter new PIN code:" What do I do? I've entered a code I wanted and other ones on my...

HOLD ON!
You may enter wrong PIN three (3) times only. After that your PIN will be blocked! To unblock, you need PUK. You can only enter wrong PUK ten (10) times. (This is as documented) After entering correct PUK, you will be asked for NEW PIN.

So, when it says "PIN blocked. Enter PUK code", you must enter the PUK. If you correctly enter the PUK, it will asked for new PIN, by asking "Enter new PIN code:". Enter anything you want as your PIN. You will be asked to enter it twice (two times).
From what I read from your post, you have done correctly, but you don't want to enter new PIN. There is no way SIM card/phone will use old PIN. The device doesn't know your PIN. So, you have to enter new PIN.

WRONG PIN CODE PUK BLOCKED

A PUK code is a code entered to unlock the PIN block when you enter the wrong PIN 3 times.

You call up your service provider and they will give you the PUK. Don't try and guess the PUK as if you mess up a few times the SIM will be permanently blocked. Usually paperwork with the SIM will have a list of a couple of PUKs.
