Just bought a used Panasonic KX-TG2248 phone but it looks like its in very good condition and wasn't used much except I have to press all the keys on the key pad VERY HARD before the phone takes my entry, a lot harder than usual or what I'm used to. Its quite annoying. Is this normal with this phone? What is the solution? I have an older version of the same phone and the keypad works just fine with regular pressure while dialing. Thanks Frank

Turn the dial lock off using the following method: 1 {MENU} --> {#} -> {2} -> {5} -> {1} 2 Press {*} -> {7} -> {0} -> {0} -> {0} 3 {Save} -> {Yes} -> {OFF}
