You have to make sure that your Cartridges is clean. Try to vacum of blow both of the cartridge hole and also the place where you put the cartridge, Sometime very small tiny dirt will makes that the cartridge cannot be recognise by the console.

Instead of 1 starter game and a few demo game that you get from Leapfrog Connect, you can also get more downloadable games for your Leapster 2. You can get it here:

Welcome to Fixya

This means the the printer cannot determine which cartridge is causing the error. Make sure that you are using original HP cartridges.

Please see troubleshooting procedure below:
  1. Remove the color cartridge from the left stall (which has a blue latch) and refasten the latch. Leave the other cartridge in place.
  2. Close the printer, wait 10 to 15 seconds, then look at the LCD display.
    • If the LCD display reads Insert Color Cartridge in Left Stall , the color cartridge may be causing the problem. Follow the steps below:
      1. Clean the color cartridge contacts. Click here to see how.
      2. Reinsert the color cartridge into the carriage and close the blue latch.
      3. Close the printer and wait 10 to 15 seconds.

Why won't my canon printer MP460 read my ink cartridges? It keeps saying "Cannot read ink cartridges" on the black ink.

Hi, are you using Canon or refilled cartridges? If you are using Canon, there's a problem with the cartridge. If you are using refilled cartridges it's because the cartridge has been used. When you first put a Canon cartridge in, the printer reads the cartridge and knows it's a new one, I'm not sure of the mechanics of it, I don't know if it blows a chip or fuse in the cartridge but it can read a new one. If it's been used, it can't read it so you get the message that it can't read it.
Turn off the staus monitor and the message will go and you can carry on printing, it won't tell you when the cartridges are empty, you'll just notice the print quality going downhill.

Printer won't read cartridge

If you have tried multiple cartridges and it still does not read the cartridges, then it is time to replace the printer.  The 920 is an older printer and has done good to work this long.

    Tape eject from drive

Hi. This is from Dells site regarding automatic ejection of tape once inserted:

The PowerVault 110T DLT VS160 Tape drive reads and writes DLTtape VS1 cartridges. The PowerVault 110T DLT VS160 Tape drive can read - but not write - DLTtape™ IV cartridges written using the DLT1/VS80 format. NOTE: The PowerVault 110T DLT VS160 Tape drive automatically ejects any other cartridge types and any cartridges whose format it cannot read. Make sure all cartridges that you want to use for writing are DLTtape VS1 cartridges.

Perhaps your cartridge is improperly formatted or is of the incorrect type?
