If the day of the week is incorrect, make sure the date is set correctly. The format on the Casio CA-53W is year first, then month, then day last.

SOURCE: please help me setting alarm on my CA-53W watch

To get a copy of your manual go to the following website:

http://jayharrison.blogspot.com/2009/10/casio-ca-53w-watch-and-manual.html

Just below the picture of your watch you will see the following link:

http://www.audiolightproductions.com/manuals/Casio%20CA-53W%20watch%20manual.pdf

Right click on the link and choose "Save Link As.." from your menu. Make sure you save the file in a place that will be easy for you to access it and read it. The file is in the pdf format. If you don't already have the Adobe Free Reader you can download it from this website:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Just click on the orange box that has the word DOWNLOAD in it. If you save the file to your Desktop all you have to do is double-click the icon that it creates and the reader will install itself. You can then double-click the file for your manual and it will automatically load the reader and display itself in the reader.

On the first page of the document is a description of how to set the Alarm on your watch which you do so by the following steps:

1) Press the "C" button (the upper one on the right hand side of the watch) twice to get to Alarm mode.

2) Press the "B" button (lower one on the right hand side of the watch) to set the new alarm time.

3) Press the "PM" key to change between AM & PM.

4) Use the "C" key to move from position to position of the display (from 10 HOUR to HOUR to 10 MINUTE to MINUTE).

5) Once you have set the Alarm press the "B" button again to go back to the regular time display. When you are in the Alarm setting mode pressing your "X" key on the keypad will turn the Alarm indicator On and Off. There is a graphic on the screen that looks like a bell. When you can see it the Alarm is on.

How can I change the days in casio Ef 331

First of all avoid setting the day and day of the week between 9.00 pm and 6.00 am. The day and day of the week may not change in the following day if you do.
Try this,
1) Pull the crown to the first click.
2) Set the day by rotating the crown counterclockwise.
3) Set the day of the week by rotating the crown clockwise.
4) Push the crown back to its normal position.

Hope this will help.
Cheers
