I don't know how to get/find/use the timer on my camera FINEPIX SL245

Press cursor-down (marked with a one-handed clock) to bring up the self-timer menu, use cursor-left/right to select the desired delay, then press the MENU/OK button. Start the self-timer by pressing the shutter release button as usual.

Full details are in the "Using the Self-Timer" section of the manual (page 39 in my copy). If you need a manual you may download a copy here.

How can i get photos from my Internal memory to my S.D. card? can't see an option on the menu and can't view photos from the internal memory whilst there's the memory card in it.

Put the card in the camera. Press the Playback button (right-pointing triangle). Yes, you won't see any pictures from the internal memory with the card in. Press MENU/OK to bring up the playback menu. Use cursor-up/down to highlight "Copy" and press cursor-right. Press cursor-up/down to select "INTERNAL MEMORY TO CARD" and press cursor-right. Select the desired option and press MENU/OK.

Full details are in the "Copy" subsection of "The Playback Menu" section of the manual (page 70 in my copy). If you need a manual, you can download one at

My Casio ExilimEX-Z120 shows 'Low Battery' whenever it is turned on to take a picture and automatically turns off. This happens with fresh batteries. It is fine when I just use the the picture...

It happens because some alkaline batteries just don't have the initial surge of power output required to drive all the little motors, the display and so on.

You need lithium batteries, like the 8x Ultimate Lithium.
They are expensive initially, but on average are more economical than the cheaper stuff.

I've tested them on my Kodak Z712 IS, and any owner of this camera knows what I'm talking about.

The best -and cheapest- solution I found, is the rechargeable Li-Ion batteries.
I got 2 batteries and one charger. I'm using one battery, while the other one is charging.

Dont know what amp to put where in my 1967 vw bug fuse box

According to the information that I have been able to find, they were all 8A fuses originally. It's never been that way in any of the VW's that I have ever owned, but here is a page from the original 1967 VW owner's manual. It shows fuse position, but only recommends that the driver carry spare 8A fuses. There is no mention of any other fuses.

When i try to take a picture nothing happens, the power is on fresh battery, the display window on top of camera blinks fEE and 279 blinks when i push the trigger to take a photo, when i hit display it...

Well there are some cameras, if you press it half way, it shows you some things, and when you press it fully, it takes the picture.

Make sure that you are pressing the button all the way.

Also, try to reset the settings by pressing the 'menu' button on the back near your LCD display.

Press the left button near the 'OK' button to make sure you have the left side of the menu highlighted on the LCD display.

Use the up and down buttons near the 'OK' to scroll to the 'pencil' icon.

When the 'pencil' icon is highlighted, press the right button near the 'OK' to highlight the right side.

Scroll up and down until you have 'Reset' highlighted, then press 'OK'.

Scroll down one to 'yes', and press 'OK'.

Your default factory settings are now back to when you originally purchased your Nikon D40 camera

Hope it works.
