If you have a Karcher then you should always post your machines barcode.
Because you have the low pressure and pulse this will be the valve block. Your machine has 3 piston and each has 2 valves (inlet and outlet). Because you dont have the barcode, i cant be sure if you will buy a valve kit of 6 valves or a pre-assembled manifold block.
The karcher barcode is on a silver sticker and is usually 15 digits long. Example 156987400000123 is actually model 1.569-874.0 and serial number 00123....
I have the same Problem, the leak is from the seam of the Manifold housing. There is a small crack in the seam. A manufacturing defect.. A New Manifold Complete Replacement is about $61.03, about the half the price what I paid for this pressure washer at Walmart... :(
If under 1 year old, and you can find a receipt to prove it,Karcher will replace the whole Pressure washer under warranty.
Is liquid leaking from the base, when the Pressure washer is on ?

Is so, then there maybe a small crack in the seam of the plastic manifold pump housing or one of the connecting fittings. A New Manifold Complete about $61.00. You may purchase direct from Karcher, and replace if you are mechanically inclined.

If not you may replace the Pump Manifold Housing from Karcher, or locate a local Karcher Service Center.

This sounds like a problem with the pressure sensor which is located on the water inlet side of the pump. This switches the power to the motor when there is sufficient inlet pressure and water flow. This pressure switch can get partially siezed up, and not operate correctly.
You will need to dismatle the unit and identify the pressure switch, dismantle it and lubricate it with silicone grease.
bob I had this happen to my Karcher, the pressure seals have blown. $Au200 for service and replacement from karcher dealer. tyhey would not sell the parts for a DFY
