I have cancelled my master card as in a scam i was not repayed and the money was sent to India.

You got scammed but good. You can go to the police, but you are unlikely to see your money again.

I don't know what they promised you exactly, but paying $484 and getting $5000 sounds like a scam to me from the get-go. There is probably no Wyncreek Group to go after, just a scam artist or two with a story. The time to be skeptical should have been when they first asked you for money, if not even before that.

I sincerely hope that you only paid $39.95, and not $3,995. It sounds like you may have been scammed. I would contact Pogo directly at 8665435435 and ask them about what you purchased. I doubt they would charge you even $30 for what you were promised. If it turns out it was a scam, call your bank IMMEDIATELY and tell them that someone posed as a company and took your money in a scam. They might be able to cancel the charge.

If you actually did pay over $3,000 call the bank this second and call Pogo afterwards.
