Check to make sure the path the bubbles take out is clear of anything in its way. There are also many reviews on this item that say this item does not work the way its suppose to. If you can not get this item working i would suggest taking it back to get a different bubble machine.

Overheating

Is anti-freeze bubbling over into the overflow? If so your thermostat is not opening.

Make sure your coolant system is filled to capacity. Make sure there isn't air trapped in the system. If so you may see hose collapse. Burp the system by starting the car and running it with the radiator cap off while topping it off with anti-freeze. If there is air trapped you will see bubbles surface up with the cap off.

Check the water pump. Squeeze the hoses and feel for pressure. If the pump is working the hoses will feel full.

The car started to overheat, I turned the heater to full blast to help it out, and it would only blow cool air. Not sure what's wrong.

Hi, it's likely you have air in the cooling system. Recommend you park on an incline, remove the radiator cap, set the heater on high, start the car and let it warm up until there is flow in the radiator. Fill the radiator and keep it full while the engine continues to run. Look for any bleed ports the system may have either in the hoses or at the attach point housings. Crack any bleeders open to allow any air out. Top off the radiator all the way to the neck and make sure there are no bubbles coming up. Bubbles coming out the radiator are an indication of a blown head gasket. If no bubbles, close the cap. Hopefully this will solve the problem.

My heater blows cold air when car is stopped. i have installed a new water pump and the radiator is full of water.

you still have air trapped in the cooling system. Get front of car as high up as you can on a hill. Cold engine - loosen radiator cap, fill with 50/50 antifreeze mix. Start engine and run until upper radiator hose is hot (thermostat open). Engine should burp air and maybe spill some coolant, that's ok. Once burped, tighten cap, shut off engine and let it cool down while keeping the reservoir full. It will **** coolant out of reservoir as it cools. Keep it full.

If still cold air, take to a shop that has evac/fill equipment; they will **** air out and repalce with coolant. About $80.

2007 Chevy Tahoe will not blow hot air unless I'm driving. Heat works fine until I come to a stoplight, then it starts blowing cool air after sitting there for a minute or so. Any suggestions

This is pretty common with a leaking head gasket. The heater core collects the bubbles as the coolant passes through it until finally it's full. When you take off the motor turns faster and the water pump makes enough pressure to flush the bubbles on through the heater core to the radiator tank where they end up going into the coolant recovery tank. Watch the coolant tank as you pull the throttle open sharply, see if you see bubbles in it.

2002 Nissan Altima blowing cold air, coolant level was low, but coolant was added and it's still blowing cold. A compression check done two weeks ago and shop found no leaks, but the coolant in resourvior...

You could possibly have air trapped in the heater core. The easiest way to bleed it out is to jack up the front of the car till the radiator fill cap is higher than the upper heater hose using a funnel that fits snuggly in the filler neck of the radiator, fill till you have about three inches of coolant/antifreeze above the filler neckthen run the car at about 1500rpms until no more bubbles are evident. Also turn the heater onto face on low speed and feel if heat starts comming out.

Cold air blowing into Maax Velvet 6032 Bubble Tub

The air coming from the blower will be cool, but should not be cold. Turn on the blower or bubbler feature (no water necessary) and go to the access panel ( as specified by install instructions), reach in and feel the tube connected to the blower, the tube should be warm, if not the heater coil is not working and the blower assembly needs to be replaced.

99 Taurus heater not working.

sounds like you may have an air bubble trapped. Try loosening the radiator cap & running the engine at 1500 rpms till the thermstat opens & see if you can "burp" the air out. You may lose a little coolant this way. shut off car & recheck coolant in radiator and reservoir bottle. Just because reservoir is full, doesn't mean radiator is full.
