but if you want to install it , insert the cd , follow steps and once the software tells you to connect the printer then connect it , not before!

software should be available on any HP website

hello for all my dear the problem in hp lj 2055 install black cartridge error massege here the solve iam engineer in hp service center and i meet that problem in my daily work the problem in dc control must t replaced sure 100%

There is not a Native Windows 98 driver for the P2055DN. You can try installing the 2000 or XP driver and see if it will allow it. I have included the download location below.

You can still download it from the Hp Official Download site. Click HERE to go to the download page for your printer and select the operating system. Once an operating system name is clicked, you be directed to the download page where all the download links are available, click "Driver" and from there, read the description of each "Downloads" and click the "Download" button to download.

Hi, you have to download the PS driver P2055 network express install.. You will get better printouts..

try to unsinstall the CD installer of your printer and install it again. you must configure the setting of ur printer in order to connect on the system of your computer. make sure that the printer device driver set us default printer driver. if it not possible you better check the hardware if you do not know you can check it for the authorize technician if your printer covered for warranty. thanks
