I BROUGHT T MOBILE G1 FROM US TO INDIA, IT IS NOT WORKING ON OTHER NETWORKS OTHER THAN VODAFONE. AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH KEY PAD, IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED ANDROID APPLICATIONS. FROM THEN I DIDNT GET TOUCH KEY PAD. HOW CAN I GET THRU FROM ALL THESE PROBLEMS.

It is not working because it is locked. The phone when locked can not work on other network or in other countries. What you have to do ? Go to the company service center. They can unlock the phone. If there is a good and advanced mobile repairing center then you can go there also. But if your phone is in warranty period then you should go to service center of the company as htey will give service free of charge. If you have deleted android application then no problem. They can install it again. Or you can also install by downloading it from net.Touch screen is not working because of the absense of its application. After the installation it will again work smoothly.
