Could be your charger if you are using a charger other than the original that came with your phone. Try using the original and see if there is a difference or you could pop in a different battery into your phone and use the same charger you are using now to charge and see if there is a change. If you did both of these then maybe there is a problem with the charging ic of your phone or something like that.
hi :)
have your phone has been water damage ??
most after water damage, phone mother board's charging piont will be pro,tat only way u can do,pls send to mobile shop for repair it.
One. The battery is dead. check and change.
two. The charger is bust. check and change. If the phone runs on the charger plugged in then charger is fine.
three. both one and two. check and change.
four. If dropped or thrown around however softly, the charging circuit broken. go to Nokia Care.
This problem could be caused by either battery, charger or firmware failure. you can try the following to secure which!
-Try your mobilephone with another charger or connect it to a PC using a USB cable
> if ok? the problem is your charger!
-Try your mobilephone with another battery
> if ok? the problem is your the battery!
-Try your battery and charger on another phone
> if ok? the problem is your mobilephone/firmware :(
If you dont have access to other phone, battery, charger or USB-cable you can at least try the steps below:
1. Turn off your mobilephone
2. Take out your battery, Sim-card and memmory-card
3. Connect your charger
4. Put the battery in
5. Turn on the phone
If it doesn't help, with a little luck! you should get a USB-cable, back yor phone up and reset it to factory default and upgrade your firmware/software on the phone to the latest version!
OBS! You should only do it with a fully charged battery! or you could damage your phone irreversibly!!!
Either your charger port has got damaged due to moisture or your charger is not working properly. Go to the Nearest nokia care centre (service centre). They will solve your problem in seconds.
Try changing the charger, if that doesnt work change the charging block inside the phone, you will need a T6 screwdriver... If that doesnt work, provide a bit more info...
it sounds like a problem with the charging port (where you actually plug the charger into your phone). unfortunately, you may have to replace the phone, as switching batteries or chargers wont solve the problem.
can u tell me how to do that and if i can do that myself at home? thanks
