Indicates that fuser is not cycling properly. Usually caused by a failed fuser. If your page count is anywhere near 200,000 pages, your best bet is to purchase a maintenance kit which will come with a new fuser, as well as the feed/separation rollers.

Hp Laser Jet 4350dtn network printer is showing Service Error 49.4C02 how do I fix

Does it occur on any print job or one in particular. If it happens with one job, that job has a problem. It isn't the printer.
If it is all printing go the www.hp.com. then go to "support and drivers". Then select your printer, select your operating system, select firmware. Upgrade your firmware. Make sure that you read the instructions and DO NOT touch the printer while it is upgrading.
If the firmware upgrade completes and the errors continue, you will need to replace the formatter.

HP Laser jet 4350 dtn printer gets 59.40 error. I

Print Cartridge Motor Error.
Try removing then re-installing the cartridge. If that does not work then you will need to try a different toner cartridge as the toner cartridge is "locked up". These are the most common solutions. If none of these work then you have a cartridge drive problem and will need to contact a service center.

Fuser error 50.3

Hi,
This is a Common Problem . You need to Replace the Fuser that would fix the problem.Usually the Heater Portion of the Fuser is Defective. It is hard to Find that Part Only. More often, you need to replace the Complete Fuser Unit.
Hope i helped you.

I have HP Laser Jet 1020 When I print letters

Most cases on that machine it's the transfer roller that does that at 75mm, but could also be drum cartridge or fuser. Use a flashlight and inspect the fuser, shouldn't be toner or image on fuser rollers, If you unplug the machine when the print is in the middle, you can tell if it's before or after the fuser, and after the drum.

Our HP Color Laser Jet Printer keeps saying 50.2

Hi ellenf971:
Here is your problem.
50.X FUSER ERROR
50.2 error - Fuser Failure (Abnormal Warmup).
Perform the following steps:
1. The connector between the fuser and the
printer is not connected properly. Reseat
the fuser. Check the connector J5013
between the fuser and the printer. Replace
it if damaged.
2. Break in the main thermistor. Turn the
printer off and remove the fuser. Measure
the resistance between the fuser
connectors J5013LA-2 (MAINTH) and
J5013LA-1 (GND). If it is not within the rage
of 330k ohms to 50k ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser.
3. Break in the fuser heater. Measure the
resistance between the fuser connectors
J5013L-2 (FSRH) and J5013L-1 (FSRN)
with the fuser removed. If it is not within the
rage of 12 ohms to 52 ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser film unit.
4. Faulty DC controller. PCB Replace the
DC controller PCB
you will have to get an HP certified technician to replace the fuser assembly.

Hope this helps
