You haven't specified here about the channel capacity or both of your Televisions. Is both of it can receive 100 channels. If not, the tuner to both will have the difference. There are sets with which can receive only 50 channels, 90 channels, 120 channels etc: Older versions of TVs will have only low channel capacity. Present ones are of channel receiving capacity up-to 320.
If the channel receiving capacity to your TV is low [as it is older models]; there is nothing more to do. Electro help

The sub channel will be switched off. You need to find the speaker settings, locate the sub channel settings and switch it on.

Can't program, won't turn lites off

"If you need more programming assistance, request form #158ET9311 " from Intermatic.
http://www.intermatic.com/customer%20service.aspx
Or call Intermatic: 815-675-7000

Manual shows example programming on page 17-18:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Intermatic-et70415cr.pdf
The instruction manual for this timer does not have step-by-step programming.
There is example programming on page 17-18, but it shows one example.
The timer manual doesn't have step-by-step because the timer prompts the user as the user is programming timer.
As a result, it is difficult to know what step was missed.
It is equally difficult for expert to know what went wrong.
In addition, the timer offers choice of 24 hour or 1-week or 365 day programming.
Also the timer offers choice between 'astro' dawn-dusk' or 'fixed' programming, 'pulse' bell-ringing programming, and 'interval' programming.
And then there are additional programs available for individual days throughout the year if you choose 365 day operation.
Add on top of that, the timer has 4-channel operation where each of the 4 different relay circuits are programmed separately for each of the options mentioned above.
For these reasons, I recommend contacting Intermatic about this timer.

HI i have Panasonic SB-WA330 sub woofer & speakers(no main unite) can i use this sub woofer & speakers with any other DVD player.thanx.

Not unless it's a similar Panasonic main unite. There's that pesky special connector "A" (so common on all-in-one products) to deal with.

The picture here http://www.forodvd.com/tema/97518-duda-usar-nuevo-ampli-con-altavoces-antiguos/ shows it requiring an SA-HT810 or SA-ST1 source.

Even beyond that speed bump, most stand-alone DVD players have no facilities for on-the-fly adjustment of volume. That is one reason why they make main units.

Sleep mode

It will power off if the frequency range of the signal being sent to it is set too low, or the amplitude of the signal is too low as well.

Try increasing the subwoofer crossover frequency and/or increase the gain from the LFE/SUB of the receiver/preamp you have it connected to. Also make sure that in the setup menus of ALL of your components have an LFE channel enabled such as by selecting the output of source material of your DVD player for example, to output 5.1. Otherwise, it will not send a signal for the subwoofer to play, nor will it play the signal if the crossover frequency is set too low.

Example; the setting on your DVD player setup menu is set to two channel: result with only one exception, subwoofer will not play

Example; subwoofer/LFE level on receiver/preamp set to -10dB and/or subwoofer volume too low. Result: subwoofer will not play.

Example; subwoofer crossover point set at 35Hz. Source material playing sound at 30Hz and lower. Result: subwoofer will not play.
