Sounds like the fan is going out. I would take it back to the store and swap it for a new one. Alternatively, if you decide to keep it you can try to put a drop of 3-in1 oil in the center of the fan to prolong and/or fix the noisy fan.

My PC's Fan has a loud humming sound every time I boot up PC, how do I fix that?

Hi.

As Dean said, if the humming noise is always present even with the fan spinning at low RPM, replace it. If it's only loud when booting it might be normal ; some computer's BIOS spin the fan very fast when booting and when the Operating system or preset parameters take over, they gradually lower the speed. By the way, unplug the fans one at a time to find which one is causing the noise. If it is a case fan they cost only a few bucks, if it is the CPU fan it is a bit more expensive but aftermarket cooler can be found for around 20$. If you need to replace the CPU cooler, make sure you clean the old thermal paste and apply some fresh one. For a tutorial how Youtube is your best friends ;)

I have the Marvel 70 bottle wine cooler and it is making loud whining noise like if you put a stick in the wheel of spinning bike spokes when it is cooling down sometimes. it does not seem to be the fan...

I believe the 6SBAR has an evaporator fan located behind the evaporator plate ( the cooling plate) inside the unit. They had some issues with the bearings in those fans failing and will sound like a small jet engine sometimes (high pitched whine). When you hear the noise, open the door and if the noise level changes (either gets louder or goes away) then it is the evaporator fan. If your noise is coming from the compressor area and does not change when you open the door, it is most likely the condenser fan blade is loose. The evaporator fan looks like a small computer cooling fan and is located near the bottom center of the evaporator plate (out of site). The factory sells a replacement kit with a much better fan and new power supply. You can reach them at 800-223-3900. Good-luck.

Loud cooling fan hum

If the fan was not that noisy before , this can only be cause by a dirty fan and you may need to clean it up to reduce the hum coming out from it...

Noisy Wine Fridge

The problem is likely with one of the two fans. A new fan is available from Danby (1-800-263-2629). My noisy fan is the condensor fan located at the bottom rear of the device. After removing the cooler from under the cabinet, the source of the noise was obvious. You will need to tell them whether it is the upper fan or lower fan. Leave the cooler upright for a few hours before you plug it in so that you do not damage the condenser. Price for the fan from Danby is $20.15 including shipping.
