You will need to address these questions to the web site (NAVMAN) that you purchased the map software from, we do not have this information only the NAVMAN support staff would, and that support is free. We are not the NAVMAN support site.
I couldn' get onto the Navman site, nor could I talk to them in person. Other wise I wouldn't have spent $20 on asking someone a question. However, thankyou for your prompt response. I will be sure to keep Fixya in mind for future tech questions.
