I have a Toshiba 37rv525rz we had a power outage now the toshiba on the front is just blinking any suggestions?

Most TVs' that are damage do to a power supply,the home owers insurance will cover the repair cost.If you had bad or weak caps in the power supply at the time of the surge,it imight have just took a cap out., good lock and take care.
