My mobile shows that application access set to not allowed in my nokia 3120 classic when i start any application and it cant be changed to "ask first time only" or "always allow". how do i change it to either of these options

firstly install these applications from Nokia store....third party s/w might not work properly. install application with mmc inserted and use them with mmc inserted............Permissions like always allowed/ask first time are only for network (GPRS) access....Mobyexplorer requires net.........many free applications also require net access as they carry some ads....if these permissions are denied then application closes......but be sure....if u select always allow/ allow first time, data usage charges will be applicable

Untuk nokia 3120 classic, bisa dicoba alternative ini:
-> Pastikan progam yang hendak dipakai sudah diklik "options" atau bisa diatur dulu "application access"! (Supaya program dapat muncul)
-> a. Pilih "menu-settings-display-active standby-active standby mode (on)
lalu pada posisi standby pada shortcut bar pilih "options-select shortcuts-application list-silahkan pilih programya (ditandai)
pilihannya:
done-done-(save change? Dan pilih "yes"
Lalu pada posisi standbay pada shortcut bar, dipilih program2 yang sudah dipilih

b. Cara yang ke 2 bisa memanfaatkan tombol shortcuts:
"Menu-settings-display-my shortcuts-left selection key atau right selection key atau navigation key-application list-pilih programnya
Pada posisi standby, silahkan dipilih pilihan tombol shorcut yang sudah diatur

Here, before you open the application, click first the options, under it is the Application Access, you may see Communications, Data Access or Auto-Start, under Communications you may see Network Access...all you have to do is click Ask Everytime or Ask First Time Only... Do it with the rest, in Data Access (Read user data, Add and Edit Data) and Auto-start.... just set everything Allowed...okay!

just for the info, GPRS setting may differ in every mobile phone, that is why you should contact your network provider for the exact and accurate settings for your phone.

DO RESTORE SETTING OF UR PHONE THEN TRY AGAIN IT SHOW SAME PROBLEM

REMOVE MMC BACK UP OF ALL UR DATA FROM PHONE MEMORY INSTALL NOKIA PC SUITE IN UR PC AND DOWNLOAD UPDATES FOR UR MOBILE FROM NOKIA.COM INSTALL IT AND UPDATE UR MOBILE ONLINE.IT WILL FORMATE UR MOBILE ,RESET UR ALL UR SETTING

You have the older 3120. Asking because there is an 3120 Classic too...
the 3120 does not feature bluetooth or infrared, so you won't be able to send data between phones...
The 3120 Classic does support bluetooth 2.0
