Error Code: 1256 Cause: The paper output tray is closed or it has not opened.
Action: Confirm that there are no materials preventing the paper output tray from moving and that the paper cassette is inserted properly.
Open the paper output tray, then tap OK on the touch screen.

first off delete your pocket express then open web browser and go to http://tinyurl.com/7uttpv3 download and if it asks to replace version 5.4.20 with 5.4.20 click yes and reboot. And the app should start updating correctly. I had to do this twice before getting it to update correct.

you can open line your 3100 phone through codes. you can get the codes from either your service provider or from other online providers like Unlocking4U.com

C0202= tray 1 elevator failure.
Open tray 1, check and make sure paper is loaded correctly.
With tray open, open and close front door. This will reset error code. With tray 1 open look to see if paper is stuck behind tray in back of machine, if so remove it ( this will block the lift motor for the tray).
Close tray 1, if you hear a popping noise the lift motor is damaged and will have to be replaced. Until it is replaced operate machine with tray 1 out to prevent error code.

First problem is for some reason your KMC 3130 crosses over to a Konica Minolta CF3102 and there is no C-0991 code listed for those machines. However, that C-0991 code is a common paper tray lift failure code on Konica MInolta machines.
So I would recommend opening and checking all of your paper trays to make sure nothing is binding them and that the paper is loaded properly.
Then open and close the large front door to reset the code.
If the code comes back then open all of your paper trays and LEAVE them open. Next open and close the front door to reset the code. The copier should now come to "ready to copy"
Then close each paper tray 1 at a time waiting 30 seconds between each tray closing. Once the code pops back up after closing a particular tray then you will know for sure which tray is causing the problem.
You can use the copier by leaving this tray open if need be.
