F6 is an issue with the motor drive tachometer. Most often this is caused by poor connections at the machine control or motor controller. Locate the main machine control by removing the top panel and the motor control by removing the rear panel. Remove each connector, ONE AT A TIME, and reinstall. If this does not work, you likely have a faulty control.

Whirlpool front load washer is giving a FL CODE

Hello Tresea , it sound like a FL code has cause this following problem at best FL" flashes if any overfill condition occurs. This condition occurs when excessive water in the tub causes the overfill switch to trip. The control must realize that the trip was due to an overfill condition instead of a suds lock condition in order for "FL" to be displayed. Are you using a HE type soap? If not you must reduce the amount being used. Is the pump draining? let us know.

What is an F6 on my duet washer? I already

three things.... could be the motor, could also be the MCU (  motor control unit ), could be the wiring harness .  check the wiring harness between the speed sensor at the motor and the MCU.  i have run into all of those being bad on different machines.
