Check all connections to and from computer. Or if you have a router ,unplug for 10minutes and plug back in. This should reset router. Also restart computer. Good luck

it is an antivirus problem... uninstall or pause your antivirus and then try to connect.it will definitely work..this is due to the wrong connections from chrome with antivirus..
Look in Start - Connect to - Show all connections - If you have an Internet Gateway and the Internet connection shows disconnected - Double click the line and it will connect.
Now if I could only work out why it doesn't do this automatically ....
Also Use Internet Explorer to connect to http://192.168.1.1/ which should allow you to log into the router directly and set the log on details and logon password.
