I have a Sony shelf stereo, 3-disc changer and now the CD tray will not open? Instead I get the "Mechnical Error" message Thx Kev

To get the cds to play, and 5 to eject, you can try taking off the sides of the consul and using compressed air. As for the shelf problem, I'm not really sure.

Tienes que abrir el aparato y cambiar la banda de impulsion de la bandeja y darle mantenimiento al mecanismo del cd.

I have a Sony MHC-GX555 stereo and every time I try to open the disc tray it either flashes EX-Change or mechanical error and it won't open.
