for sending text messages :
1. call to your network operator customer care
2. request the message center number...
3.note it down
4. go to message settings>message center number
5. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ...

Can you open your n95 by yourself? if yes, detached the LCD then cleand its LCD connector by alighter fluid using a small brush..thank you..

Do a *#7370# which will wipe the phone back to factory defaults.

Then, using Nokia Backup/Restore, use the checkboxes to restore the individual parts of the backup, one by one. Each time checking if your text messaging stops working.. My guess is you have lots and lots of messages, and either your inbox or your sent items has filled up, which is stopping you from sending. Another thing you could try quickly is turning off 'Save sent messages' which might prove more quickly if it's the amount of messages you have that is causing the problem.

N95 Memory Full Problem can not be resolve by simply restarting or by changing the network setting. You must "Manual Reset" it. Just Turn Off the Phone, Press the *, Call Button, Three and ask another Person to turn on your N95 by pressing the power button. Stay pressing the Three Buttons until the phone fully boot up and ask you to enter Date and Time. After that, youre phone will go back to Factory Setting.

Probably configuration problem. Make sure the center number is the one used by your service provider and set Reply via same center number to No.

there is an upgrade to fix this "known" problem...I think they should recall
