I have a Nokia e5. The phone is good however the sound quality and loudness are both missing, I mean it's bad. My brother also has a e5 and has a similar problem. Is this a default phenomenon with all e5's.

I think that the camera (lens) of your phone doesn't connects properly.So, to fix this please open the case and reconnect the camera properly with cleaning the connectors.Or you can visit nearest mobile repairing shop.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

Hi. First type *#7370# when your phone is in standby mode and enter 12345 or what you have made.Secondly,if the first step doesn't works select "Restore All" from the phone setting.Good luck

I have same problem. I suspect moisture damage or short circuit due to bad build quality.

what you should do is take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the phone for you this will take care of the problem.
