Error code SC543

Have replaced the fuser unit, and reset the printer several times but still come up with this error. Ricoh support wants to send out a tech for $200 per hour plus parts (no limit on the hours) after they told me to buy the Maintenance fuser kit for $200. Is there anyone anywhere that can help fix this problem without charging a arm and a leg or should I just buy some other brand?
