So the alarm setting is just hidden. To unhide it, just go to the time menu and hold set. With the flashing time, scroll through the menus with the mode button until you get to alarm 1. Then press start/split to unhide it. You can also hide or unhide any of the other menus along the way.

Here is the procedure:
key legend: start/split = increment alarm time or
options stop/reset = decrement alarm time or
options
1-Press Mode till you get ALM1,2 or 3
2-Press Set/Recall to set hours
3-Press Mode/next to set minutes
4-Press Mode/next to set event (frequency)
5-Press Set/Recall when done
6-To turn off an alarm just select which one and
press start/split.
Note: each alarms (1,2 or 3) have their own sound that cannot be modified unfortunately!

(minutes, hours etc.)
stop/reset button is used to decrement
values (minutes, hours etc..)
Steps:

5-Press Set/Recall when done
6-To shut off or on an alarm just go to it with the
mode button and press start button,
Note: each alarm has its own tune and cannot be changed.
