SOURCE: I need a threading diagram
The upper thread flows from the left to right as it goes through metalstems (posts) with holes, along the top of the machine head, and thendrops down and passes over and under the upper gension disk and thetake up spring. Then, moves back up to the take up arm (which moves upand down like a goose's neck when turning the handwheel) then startsthe trip down to the needle, going through a couple metal loops (calledthread guides) and lastly through the needle thread guide and throughthe needle eye, as I recall from left to right (?), this part is moreobvious when looking at it.
Heres a link to a manual for that machine. hope this helps
