Hi,
I have checked a number of sites and many of the gaskets or seals for this model are not available....
I would call a site like this one and see if they could recommend a functional replacement for you.

Would you rather I give you a line of BS or direct you to the people that can give you the best possible answer??? Honestly you could take any other brand seal from a cooktop of the same diameter burner and make it work, if you want a burner seal or a seal for a same size cooktop if you want a full cooktop seal. You did not specify exactly which seal you were looking for....

You best bet to get the best possible match would be to talk to the people that may actually have that information...they have the contact us there for a reason.... there is a functional replacement for the unit, you just need to call them to get the information.

36" kitchen aid electric induction cooktop power comes on but burners don't get hot

Induction cook tops do not heat by convection... only the cook ware gets hot. Your cook ware has to be made or encapsulate ferrous materials. More simply put; if a magnet won't stick to the pot it won't work on an induction cook top.

Kitchen aid KECC507GBL3 electric 36in cooktop. Burner switch is out - cannot get glass top off. Have removed all screws from plate mountings on the sides. Is there a trick to this?

Hi,

If it’s a range, there is usually a couple of screws that hold the front of the top down, remove the screws, lift the front of the top and pull it out from the back hinges. Install the new top, make sure there are no loose wiring.
If it’s a cook top then make sure that the power to the cook top has been turned off, open the cabinet and look up. There should be a couple of brackets that secure the cook top. Remove the brackets, carefully lift the top and set it on the counter top (put a towel on the counter top first). replace the glass top (make sure there is no loose or exposed wiring), set the cook top back in the counter, secure it with brackets as was before, and double check your work.
