I need to replace the wireless keypad 976LM however Home Depot only has newer models. How do I know if these newer models are compatible with the Liftmaster Professional Model 2255?

The new keypads will be on a different radio frequency. Home Depot does sell a universal keypad made by the same manufacturer as your opener. It is model KLIK 2U and will work just fine.

You can buy a replacement at a Home Depot or other builder supply It is held on with screws on the bottom before you slide the rubber on. Watch youtube here
Either you have a bad remote/keypad or you are trying to program older units with a newer opener. Find the unit that doesn't work with the rest and replace it.
go to home depot, buy a universal remote for chamberlain, thats all we sell at my store. And we dont stamp our store name on it. Its straight from chamberlain.
It sounds like the keypad is not compatible with the main garage door. Make sure the keypad is the correct only for that model number opener. Older models will not work with newer openers and vice versa.

Hi. The pulleys are held in place with a bolt and a nut. Go to any hardware or home depot that has garage door parts. Take another pulley off and take the missing pieces with u. J.
I think what you mean is the cable wore through where it attaches to the trolley. The only repair I know of is to replace the chain and cable as it comes as an assembly. If you have a Home Depot around you, they have a section that sells cable and fittings. You might be able to come up with a way to repair what you have.
