The normal and economy lights are blinking and cannot get to wash through a full cycle. water is in the bottom of the washer

Before replacing the water valve, turn off the cold water, and check to see if the screen on the cold water valve is clogged. It may be replaceable depending of the washer model. Otherwise, I clean these filters in the field with a small toothbrush and a little spray bottle.

sound very much like you have a blocked pump or a drainage block. If your machine outlet is connected to a push on spike under the sink, remove it and check Its not blocked. If that is clear CAREFULLY remove the filter cap, Usually on the bottom righthand side of the Machine. I say carefully because if there is water in the Machine it will pour out and flood so do it a bit at a time till its empty. Check the filter it may be clogged up, if it is thats your problem if not it needs further investigating. time to call the repair man. By the way whilst you may have economy 7 I would never advise putting your machine on at night and going to bed if anything should go wrong you are not there to switch off, Ive seen some real nasty stuff over the years where machines have gone rogue unattended, it really isn't a good idea although Thousands would disagree.

sounds like bushes mine done the same changed them now all good check it is not leaking water on to the bottom of machine this will activate the sensor to stop washing and drain water

front loader washers fill accourding to how big the load size is on all front load washers.There should be no water above the center with a full load.If it is spinnig out and draining then it is working properly:)

Need a model # to get exact part you will need at rinse most washer go straight cold so I would say water inlet valve if humming sound is present

remove as much water as possible lean washer back against wall remove bottom cover if pump has screws in bottom remove them and try cleaning pump HAVE TOWELS HANDY..if no screws probably older version they were bad for having stripped drive splines only fix was to replace pump

My will start to cycle and then it will cease to spin. No grinding, no off balance noise-no spinning=no draining of water from tub/basin. Unplugged it for a full 4 minutes. Plugged it back in. Checked to see if washer was level-it wasn't. Made adjustments to ensure washer was level-EUREKA! washer finished cycle no problem. BOO-HISS! Two loads later, same issue as the first time-washer won't spin. Checked to see if washer was still level-it is, new issue-error coed E20 and all lights blinking. ANY suggestions?

It is likely there are one or more faulty buttons on the control panel. The console will have to be replaced.
