Your email provider likely uses a variety of filters to ensure that spam doesn't reach your inbox. Sometimes, however, your email provider might block emails that you want to receive, such as emails from FixYa.
To avoid any unwanted blockage of your FixYa emails, add
[email protected] to your email address book or white list. Please follow the instructions below to do this on some common email providers.
For Gmail users:1) Log in to http://www.gmail.com
2) Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page
3) Click "Create Contact"
4) For email, enter "
[email protected]"
5) Click "Save"
For Hotmail and MSN users:1) Log in to your Hotmail or MSN account
2) Click "Options"
3) On the left side of the page, click “Mail,” and then click “Junk Email Protection”
4) Click “Safe List”
5) Enter fixya.com into the field provided, then click “Add”
For Yahoo users:For the older-style Yahoo mail:1) Log in to http://mail.yahoo.com
2) Click the “Addresses” tab
3) In the “Quick Add Contact” section at the bottom, for Email enter
[email protected] and then click the “Add” button
For the new Yahoo mail: 1) Log in to http://mail.yahoo.com
2) Click “Contacts” on the left-side menu
3) Click “Add Contact” at the top
4) For Email, enter
[email protected]5) Click the Save button at the top right
If you ever find a FixYa email in your Yahoo Bulk mail folder, open it and click the “Not Spam” button
