Hello, I'm having trouble with my printer HP Photosmart C5383, with the following error: 0xc19a0023. I would greatly appreciate your good offices in order to see this problem.

1. Reset the system numerous times. including disconnecting and reconnecting the power.
2. Followed the "Remove, clean, and reinstall the printhead" instructions - Did not work

Hello. This error: 0x19a0023 will probably disappear after you do a completely reset of your printer.
Follow these steps:
Press the Power button of you printer to turn on. While it's turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of your printer. Then, you have to unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and wait for like 30 seconds. Plug it back into the wall outled and reconnect the power cord from the rear of your printer. Press the power button again.
