You will need to inspect the power supply. The chances are real good you have bad capacitors in the power supply. I would estimate there will be 5 capacitors that will be replaced. You may change them all, which is best. Some capacitors will check good when they are not. The power supply will be the smaller of the two boards inside this TV. It is also the easiest to pull out. You may use a capacitor checker to locate the bad caps. This is know as an ESR meter. Once again, it may show a good cap when it may in fact be a bad one. This is rare of course, but I have been there. Please replace all caps in the power supply board. If there is a good capacitor it will be the 400 volt 100Mf (Largest capacitor in the power supply) that is fine! Thanks for asking and show all hands of support.

Will not start, no click from starter, like its getting no power, but I have checked and pwr at ignition and pwr at starter but nothing but if I turn ignition on and jump solenoid it will start up !!

If under your own power source, vehicle is not starting...
then you connect an alternate power source, and it starts (as you said - right up) then your power source is bad!

No power even thougth power source is OK? No

If you know the power source is good then it's either a fuse, the cable itself or the power supply for the monitor.

I can't get the computer to power up. the power

You have a bad power supply.

The computer power supply is a central point for the compute powere BUT it divides the power into severl "flavors" it creates a source for hardware line drives but it also creates a source for the mother board which is a different coltage and current level fro the hardware source.

The suspect is that teh compents in teh powersupply that bracch the mother board sources is dead.

Power source not charcing battery

Its not the battery, its AC power source providing your problem.
Check if AC connector goes in as far as it should on your laptop, check so you dont have a weak link on the cables on the AC. My guess is that the power sorce or the cables on is defect someway.

Good luck!
