Hi,

To set the tax rate, follow the steps below.

  1. Put the Casio in 'Print mode'
  2. Press the 'CA' button
  3. Press and hold the 'Set/%' button for about 3 seconds
  4. Enter the Tax rate
  5. Press the 'Tax+' button
  6. Press the 'Set/%' button

Set Tax rate on a Casio HR-100TM

Press the CA button twice. Then push and hold down the %/set key until the 0 dissappearsd and reappears. Then type in your tax rate and the percent key (eg: 8.25%) and then press the TAX+ key. It should save the new tax rate.

I found this on the Casio site. I think yours is a printing model. If it is use the 2nd set of instrucitons. Hope it works...

How do you set a tax rate?!?!?

1. Switch off the calculator
2. Switch it on again
3. Press and hold the tax button (set %) until the display changes
4. Enter the new tax rate
5. Press the tax button (tax +)

  1. Remove the top gray lid of the calculator
  2. Insert paper through the back side slot near the power charger
  3. Turn the calculator on print
  4. Press FEED a couple times

step 1 pess the AC button step 2 press and hold for two seconds the % button step 3 press the tax+ button step 4 input 6 step 5 press the % button that should be the tax set you can check it is set correctly by pressing the AC button and then the tax+ and 6 should be displayed
