You will then receive a copy of the manual you require.

You can get instructions from the Amitron web site.
Copy "www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp" into your search engine
and you will see a list of illustrations of watches and associated
instructions.

Choose the one that looks like yours and download the PDF file.

I assume that you haven't got your manual.

You can get one by going to "http://www.nike.com/timing/". Select
"support" and on the left side of the page is a box headed "find manual
for your model"

Click on the arrow and select "running" and then select your model from
the list.

Download instructions.

Take it to a reputable watch repair shop! :-)
