OK, if you are talking about the phone security code which was usually asked when the phone has been restarted, here is how we fix this.

The default lock code is 12345.

If you changed it and forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will reinstall the software fully and they will bring your mobile to default security code so that you can open your phone.

NOTE: While reinstalling the software all your contacts will be deleted.

While reinstall the software, device dealer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will start the process.

Hi. You have to reformat your cellphone to its factory settings using a computer with cables attach on your cellphone, try going to a nokia care center to have it service because there is no way taht you can reset it to factory defaults because you had forgotten the security code and thats what you need to reset it to factory defaults.
