I have a dvd vcr combo recorder dvd records. i want to hook up another vcr dvd combo vcr records to the same system how do i go about doing this. i have no manuals as i bought them second hand and how can i get manuals

If there's a spare place for the DVD to be plugged into the telly and a spare place for the DVD player to slot a cable in then buy a cable off ebay for around $5 and then connect the cable to the devices holders on the telly and DVD player.

Output of combo to input of TV, and you need the cable / antenna attached to the combo to record what you want to see.

Use output of combo player to input of TV. Use what ever available input you have left on you TV. HDMI or Component input is best, but others will work.

alot of times when the video cord gets pinched it will go to black and white you just have to replace it if that dont work. then its one of the machines.

No you cannot - This is a DVD *PLAYER* / VCR combo - which means it features a DVD player & VHS recorder in one - you cannot record onto DVD - You can however watch a DVD while recording your tv program on the VCR.

If you want to convert your VHS to DVD you will need to purchase a standalone DVD recorder - I personally do not reocmmend the DVD recorder / VCR combos - or you can use a HDD/DVD recorder which stores recordings on a hard drive and later you can burn them on DVD, they allow editing, more flexible recording options, etc

Your question is not clear?Are you asking a blank dvd on a home line dvd recorder/player or a blank dvd from a computer or a blank dvd in a dvd camcorder?

Even if you do get it connected you cannot copy from vhs to dvd as you have bought a vcr recorder with dvd player, not a dvd recorder. You can only record to the vcr tape from a dvd, in the players controls.
