you can get new class for watches on ebay there very cheap all you need to do i measure the diameter..

the jeweller must have it, but if he does not have the glass, tell him to find a glass for you. he probably know where to find in your location. he must be the one to find it for you... i hope this thing will help you.

you will need to get it professionally installed since you need to install it properly and have it sealed to prevent water or moisture from entering inside watch . I would say to have it done professionally around 35 dollars. I am pretty sure that the glass is at least mineral .

if you want to try it yourself you can buy online from esslinger or other similar watch parts stores.

Most likely yes, but I dont know what kind of watch it is. take to a local watchmaker/jeweler to get an estimate. Most can be done locally unless it is a very special type of crystal.

Please be more specific. I have no ideal what BRAND of watch it is!! If it is under warranty, then you need to send it back to the company who made it with a copy of the warranty, but I dont know where to tell you to send because you didnt give me enough information.

mcdevito75 here, helloarcus, look for a small watch repair shop in your area in Hong Kong you shouldn't have any problems getting a new glass (crystal) for your calvin Klein watch, However since you say the watch is new, contact Calvin Klien and let them know of the broken glass, see if it's on any kind of warranty, the paper work with your watch should have the contact info.

Skagen watches have very thin domed crystals and they do break. Because of how thin they are it doesn't take a lot of pressure to break the crystal.

Crystals are not something any watch company covers in their warranty.

The crystal can be replaced. Either Skagen can replace them or a qualified watchmaker can. Prices vary and it would depend on how much you are willing to spend as to if it was worth it to you.

If you have no joy anywhere else, you could try the Aramani service center. Below is an extract from their web site.

Go to the shop or in the store where the watch bought, or in any center where you can find a watch similar to your girlfriend, im sure there's a service they offer for any watch they sell.

There's a possibility that they can fix again the broken glass or replace a new glass for it, they maybe have the same description and model to be replaced for that..
