To help in the future. get a note book and write all important information in it and store it in a drawer where only you know where it is. When information changes write it down and mark out the old.That way it saves a lot of head aches when you forget pass words or what ever.

have you left the phone off for 24 hours if you switch it on and it is asking for security code i can get the master override code for your phone but i need the imei number and the code number off the back of your phone under battery the imei is 15 or 16 numbers long might be like123456/44/22343/2 and then the other one is about 6 numbers long 123456 if you give me these i can give you master code if your phone dont ask for code then you need to get it flashed at a shop to unlock it hope this is some help
