You may download a copy of the manual here. Format the card in the camera to clear it. This erases everything from the card and prepares it for further use.
Press the menu button, scroll sideways (press lightening icon) to Setup (tools icon), then down (disp) to highlight date and time. Press Set or the lightening icon to select the date and time setting, then press disp or the opposite upper part of the rocker to change the numbers, and the lightening or flower to move between the various date and time settings. Press Set when you are through.
If you leave the battery out of the camera for 48 hours, you will be invited to set the date and time at the next switch on.
You can download a manual for a similar camera, the i1036, at polaroid.com, but there does not seem to be a manual for this specific camera there. Try THIS LINK
"• Setting Date/Time, Display On/Off
Date and time can be displayed on the picture by the following steps:
1. Set the camera to Still Image mode.
2. Press the button.
3. Press or button to select (Date Stamp).
Date StampOffDateDate & Time
4. Press and button to select the desired setting."
Exit the menu that comes up about time & date when you turn it on.
Then press the menu button, use the left navigation button, then scroll
down to date & time, and set it there. For some reason when it
comes up the navigation buttons won't let you set the time, but when
accessed from the menu, it will.
same thing happened to me too! lol. However after you press the menu button and click "default setting", go set your date and time again. Then turn the camera off. Turn it back on and you will find that the date/time is correct!
There is a small 3volt battery soldered on the main board that needs to be replaced. It has a yellow band around it, unless you can replace it yourself it's not worthwhile. If you decide to replace it beware of the flash capacitor charge.
