The power went out in our office a few days ago and all the phones went down. We had the phone guys get it back up and running however we are still having a problem with our main phone. The speed dial is not working. It is still working on all of the other phones and the numbers are still programmed in on the main phone. When I choose a line, then the speed dial button the message "denied in admin" comes up and won't let me use the speed dial. I can select a line and use the feature 0, then it works.
I have also lost the call display on my phone. Whenever it rang before I could see who was calling and the number, now I don't see it until I have picked the phone up. Please help me!

Down at the bottom of the link I gave you tells you the info to get into admin and config. It provides the default password as well. If you can't in, the admin password may have to be reset. If that page doesn't tell you how to do that:

All of my speed dial settings are still there, I just can't seem to access them using the speed dial button.
When I go to use the speed dial button I get the "denied in admin" showing up.

I had this problem at our office. It turns out that the battery backup system wasn't working. If your settings arent being saved the battery in the box in the phone room should be replaced otherwise it will happen again.
Are you being denied access into admin because to the password?
